Located adjacent to Square 21, on the site currently occupied by the Municipal Police, the project is conceived as a prominent mixed-use urban development combining commercial and residential functions.
The concept is based on creating an active commercial base that engages with the surrounding urban environment, while the upper residential levels provide a more private and comfortable living experience. The building is designed with a clear functional organization, ensuring efficient circulation and a strong connection between the commercial, residential, and parking components.
