Airfield Tower is a contemporary residential project located in Tirana, Albania. Designed by Coldefy in collaboration with Atelier 4, the project aims to redefine urban living through a strong connection between architecture, nature and community.

The project is inspired by traditional Albanian arts and crafts, translating cultural motifs into a modern architectural language.
It responds to the rapid architectural development of Tirana, while maintaining a strong local identity.
The building integrates naturally into the urban context, while standing out as a contemporary reference.

The project area is connected to two main road axes and anticipates future urban expansion.
The strategic position enables the building to function as a new social and spatial center for the neighborhood.
Pedestrian accessibility and urban permeability were key factors in the conception of the plot.

The guiding vision is expressed through the metaphor: “The city as a forest, the building as a tree.”
The architecture evolves with the seasons, creating a dynamic and vibrant presence within the city.

The main pedestrian entrance is located on the north side and is accessible from both streets.
Vehicular access and parking are positioned on the main western street, ensuring clear functional separation.
